No. Stockalune is built around exception reporting. Your team flags supplies when they’re Low Stock or Out of Stock. Quantity remaining is optional; receiving records the quantity that actually arrives. You don’t need to maintain an exact count of everything on the shelf.
No. Category QR is the recommended default for supplies: scan once and choose the item or variant. Individual Supply QR, Equipment QR and optional Room QR provide other shortcuts where useful. Your office can mix these approaches.
Yes. Sign in and open your dashboard, inventory, orders or equipment directly. Stockalune QR codes are convenient physical-office shortcuts, not a requirement for management access.
Team members see the features selected for their work. Private equipment records, office settings and billing each have protected access. The primary account holder retains account access.
Unlimited team members are included. There are no per-user fees. Authorized team members can select feature permissions for each person.
Yes. Keep equipment records, report issues, record service and maintenance, store warranty information, and retain issue and resolution history. Manuals and team instructions stay with the equipment, alongside protected management documents.
Open the Ordered request, choose Received and enter what arrived. Stockalune records the delivery in the Receiving Log and keeps the rest outstanding. Mark a backordered quantity when applicable, then record the remaining delivery when it arrives.
Yes. Canadian offices use CAD pricing and U.S. offices use USD pricing. Both receive the same Stockalune plan, with a monthly subscription and one-time inventory setup fee.
Create your office account, complete account setup and submit your inventory list during onboarding. Stockalune reviews and prepares the inventory before it is imported and your office is activated. Rooms, equipment and team setup can be added progressively; everything does not have to be configured on day one.
